Who we are

Fairmark Labs is a company in formation. Until it is incorporated, the controller of your data is its founder, Nikolai Furuseth. You can reach us at hello@fairmarklabs.com.

What we collect

The details you send us through our form or by email: your name, work email, company, role and message. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs for security. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To answer your request and to discuss a possible design partnership with your organisation. We also contact professionals at relevant companies about our work, based on our legitimate interest in reaching potential partners. You can opt out at any time by replying "no thanks" or by emailing us, and we will not contact you again.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (website hosting), Google Workspace (email) and Resend (delivery of form messages). These providers may process data in the United States under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence while we are in discussions with you and delete it within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Norway that is Datatilsynet.
